Vineyard:
We combine the best Burgundy varieties in our cuvées. The microclimate of the Luxembourg Moselle valley, characterised by two different rock formations, creates ideal Conditions for these varieties. Grapes on Keuper soils provide full-bodied, harmonious wines, while shell limestone elegant and finesse-rich wines.
Vinification:
The careful grape processing and fermentation in the stainless steel tank preserve the freshness and fruitiness of our Wines. One batch also matures in wood, which gives the cuvées subtle wood flavours and additional depth. The result is a fine balance of elegance, structure and perfect Acid integration that ensures excitement and maximum drinking pleasure provides.
Tasting:
This Réserve wine is already showing its full potential. Its The nose is characterised by aromas of exotic fruits, ripe pears and subtle woody notes. On the palate, it impresses with its remarkable softness and roundness, as well as flavours of pears and also subtle notes of vanilla. Because it is full-bodied and well-balanced at the same time, this Wine unmistakable.
The finish is fresh and remarkably long. The structured body and a pleasantly refreshing aciditycharacterise it as a versatile menu wine.

A perfect accompaniment to seafood, fish, veal and fish dishes. Pork and asparagus dishes.
