Vineyard:
We combine the best Burgundy varieties in our cuvées. The microclimate of the Luxembourg Moselle valley, characterised by two different rock formations, creates ideal Conditions for these varieties. Grapes on Keuper soils provide full-bodied, harmonious wines, while shell limestone elegant and finesse-rich wines.
Vinification:
The careful processing of the grapes and the several weeks of fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserve our wines retain their natural freshness and fruitiness. The Stainless steel ageing promotes the clarity and purity of the flavours, which creates a fine elegance and liveliness. Tasting:
This cuvée is characterised by its fruity and fresh flavour. character. Its aromas of ripe yellow fruit, tropical fruits and citrus fruits make it young and appear versatile.
Drinking recommendation:
Its full-bodied flavour, which combines minerality and fruitiness, makes it the ideal accompaniment to a mussel dish or a typical Luxembourgian fritter.
