Description
Vineyard:
Two different rock formations characterise our Wines. Keuper in the area around Schengen and shell limestone in the canton of Grevenmacher.
Vinification:
Our crémants are based on healthy, flavoursome grapes Grapes with refreshing acidity, carefully harvested by hand and pressed as whole bunches. This crémant is a cuvée from Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, partly aged in oak barrels. matured and spent at least 60 months on the lees.
Tasting:
The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe berries, vanilla and discreet roasted flavours. On the palate, it offers a fine Perlage and freshness with fruity notes of strawberries and Mirabelle plums and a slightly iodised minerality. The Ideal food companions!
Drinking recommendation:
Enjoy this crémant with roast guinea fowl with wild mushrooms or with hard cheeses.
